Jetli Transfer is an e-commerce platform for Haitians living abroad who want to help support their families and friends in Haiti. You can order anything your family needs on our website.

All orders are prepared on-site in Port au Prince and delivered to the recipient’s doorstep in 48 hours or less.

Upon delivery, our team members go over the order with the recipient to make sure everything ordered is there. Your recipient will sign the receipt and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Our service allows you to:

  • - Directly order products for your family online; food, essential items, and even gifts
  • - Help your family pay their monthly bills
  • - Order solar equipment or building materials to help your family improve their living conditions

Besides being able to buy some of the most popular and authentic Haitian food products and other essentials, our inventory doesn’t stop there.

Jetli carries special products during special occasions, like religious holidays. For example, during the Karem, we offer Karem baskets filled with an assortment of different fish to celebrate the holiday.

We also sell beauty products, cell phones, televisions and other high tech gear in case you’re looking to send a gift for someone’s birthday, anniversary or other celebration.

You can order from any country, but we only deliver to addresses in Haiti. Our prices are listed in USD simply because the majority of our customers live in the United States.

But we do accept all currency, even if you live outside of the United States and don’t use USD.

We do not charge additional fees for using other currencies, but your local bank may charge an international fee if you live outside of the United States. Check with them for questions about this.

Our platform is simple. Select the items you want to buy and click "add to cart.” Once you’re finished shopping, click on "Proceed to Checkout."

This will bring you to the “View Cart” page. Here, you can confirm the delivery city, verify the items in your order and apply a coupon code, if available.

Once everything is confirmed, you’ll be asked to enter your information and your recipient’s information. Fill out your payment information and click “Place Order.”

You will receive an email when your order is confirmed.

We deliver anywhere in Haiti.

If your recipient lives in Port au Prince, they will receive the order within 48 hours of confirmation or less. Delivery to Port au Prince is free .

If your recipient lives in the provinces: Cap Haitien, Port de Paix, Saint Marc or Gonavies, they will receive the order within 3-5 business days. Delivery to the provinces costs $15.

The satisfaction, safety and security of our customers is our #1 priority.

We use a SSL certificate to encrypt all user data, including names, passwords, banking details and non-sensitive information.

No problem. As long as you provide the recipient’s phone number, our team can deliver the order.

For every order, our team members call and set up a time for delivery, as well as confirming or arranging a dropoff location with your recipient.

We take great pride in our customers’ satisfaction. If your order has not been delivered within 48 hours, it is likely because we are having trouble reaching your recipient.

Our delivery teams contact all recipients by phone to arrange a delivery time and confirm their location. So, if we cannot get a hold of your recipient, delivery will be delayed until we do. We will also contact you by phone and email to notify you of the issue.

Our platform does not currently allow you to modify a confirmed order on the website. However, if you want to change the recipient’s address or if you notice an error before delivery, you can call our team at 18005933913 to resolve it.

Once the delivery has been made, you will receive an email with the order receipt, signed by your recipient.

As our customer reviews show, we take customer satisfaction seriously. Upon delivery, our team members review the order with the recipient to make sure nothing is missing.

If there is an error:

The delivery person immediately contacts our customer service. Our customer service will call you and send an email to notify you. An error repair voucher is issued and the missing products are delivered to your recipient typically on the same day, or next day at the latest.

We take great care of our products when preparing the order along with weeding out any opened or damaged goods. Per our policy, we do not open sachets or bags. As a result, your recipient may realize the product inside is damaged or unusable, once they open it.

If that’s the case:

Your recipient should not consume it or throw it away.

If your recipient in Haiti contacts us about this, our team will immediately contact you to let you know.

An error repair voucher is issued and our team collects and replaces the spoiled or damaged product on the same or next day.
